for party counter staff

We’re looking for enthusiastic team members to join our Party Counter at Roni’s Home Depot! This is a fun, hands-on retail role where you’ll get to create balloon arrangements, help customers find their perfect party supplies, and keep our displays looking eye-catching. No balloon experience needed, we’ll provide 6 weeks of hands-on training with an expert to get you started!

    • Creating fun balloon arrangements and displays (training provided)

    • Assisting customers with party and costume supplies

    • Keeping stock organised and displays looking their best

    • Delivering great customer service 

    • A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn

    • Confidence in speaking with customers and offering help

    • Previous retail experience is great, but not essential. This role also suits someone just out of school looking to start work right away

    • 6 weeks of expert training to get you balloon-ready

    • A supportive, friendly team environment
